DAY 4: BANANAS AND YOGURT
“Eat as many as 8 bananas, and 8 glasses of skim milk- or weight watchers yogurt if you aren’t a milk drinker, since its basically artificially flavored skim milk. Yes, bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, but on this day your body will need the essential calcium and carbs and protein that will lessen your cravings for sweets.”
Weigh in: 50 kg= 110 lbs…. no change!!! :(
Also, cheated again….had a cookie during my exam break. Also I had some popcorn.
I’ve had 5 bananas and 4 yogurts and 1 mug of milk.
