DAY 3: FRUIT N VEGGIES

No weight change :(
I ate a handful or two of popcorn :((((((((( It’s smartfood popcorn which is healthy but also comes from a bag…..so i dont know. i feel bad that every day i’ve said something along the lines of “i’ve screwed up”. annnd again, hopefully it doesn’t ruin my diet!!!
I’ve had 2 apples, an orange, a cucumber, a tomato, a grapefruit, 2 cuties, 3 sheets of seaweed, some avocado, 5 strawberries, parsley, 1 package pickled radish
