DAY 5: FOWL N TOMATOES
“Chicken. Turkey and six tomatoes throughout the day. Make sure you drink a glass of water for each tomato you eat to wash the uric acid out of your body.”
Weigh in: 50 kg= 110 lbs
Despite my weight not changing, I definitely feel skinnier.
I did have a cookie and some bites of a granola bar.
Otherwise I had 5 tomatoes, and about 6 3oz kinds of meat (tuna, salmon, tofu)
DAY 4: BANANAS AND YOGURT
“Eat as many as 8 bananas, and 8 glasses of skim milk- or weight watchers yogurt if you aren’t a milk drinker, since its basically artificially flavored skim milk. Yes, bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, but on this day your body will need the essential calcium and carbs and protein that will lessen your cravings for sweets.”
Weigh in: 50 kg= 110 lbs…. no change!!! :(
Also, cheated again….had a cookie during my exam break. Also I had some popcorn.
I’ve had 5 bananas and 4 yogurts and 1 mug of milk.
DAY 3: FRUIT N VEGGIES
“Same as day one and two, except no potato this time.”
Weigh in: 50 kg= 110 lbs
No weight change :(
I ate a handful or two of popcorn :((((((((( It’s smartfood popcorn which is healthy but also comes from a bag…..so i dont know. i feel bad that every day i’ve said something along the lines of “i’ve screwed up”. annnd again, hopefully it doesn’t ruin my diet!!!
I’ve had 2 apples, an orange, a cucumber, a tomato, a grapefruit, 2 cuties, 3 sheets of seaweed, some avocado, 5 strawberries, parsley, 1 package pickled radish
DAY 2: VEGGIE DAY
“Eat lots of vegetables- fresh, raw, or cooked. Stay away from starchy vegetables such as peas, corn & beans. SURPRISE! You also get a baked potato with butter today.”
Weigh in: 50 kg = 110 lbs
Sooo I suppose I ruined today too, because I had a bowl of soup instead of the baked potato. My soup had sweet potato, corn, and onions in it. I thought it would be okay because it’s basically sweet potato instead of a baked potato but maybe the corn will mess with it. Hope not.
I’ve also eaten 1/2 bag baby carrots, 1 zucchini, 2 packages pickled radish, 1 cucumber
DAY 1: FRUIT DAY
“Eat all the fruits you want, except bananas. The lowest calorie fruits are watermelon and cantaloupes, so if you eat mostly melons you will lose more weight.”
starting weight: 51 kg = 112.2 lb
I didn’t see this diet thing until after I had already had a banana and a cup of milk. Hopefully this doesn’t ruin the whole diet— i doubt it will.
10:30pm- I’m so sick of fruits. I’m craving anything crunchy and salty.
Today I’ve had 4 apples, a peach, 2 grapefruits, 2 cuties, 6 strawberries.
